Diwali is a celebration of light over darkness. On Diwali we invite Maha Lakshmi to come into our hearts and homes to bless us with Her energy, bringing a whole new season of prosperity and happiness. When the Divine Mother comes, all blessing flow. She brings us spiritual and material wealth, inner peace and happiness. It is through Her light that we experience the illumination of our soul.
This special day of celebration draws us closer to each other through the Divine Mother’s energy, reminding us that we’re one big family, that the whole world is our family. We can connect to our own inner light as we nurture hope, unity and love. We remember that the world is suffering and that we can ask for Her blessings for the suffering to be removed. She brings Her presence and Her light to us very powerfully when we ask for Her light to come to those in need. We need Her blessings for ourselves and for the world so everyone can live a happy life with nourishment, good health, financial abundance, a life with good friendships, mutual understanding, beauty, joy, community, purpose, knowledge, and wisdom.
