The siddha master Sri Kaleshwar always recommended wearing something (bindi, kum kum, ash, turmeric, sandal, etc.) on your third eye throughout the day as your life circumstances allow to support and protect your trineytra chakra, third eye. Often in the West this is easiest to do while at home. There are many ways to use dhuni ash, such as putting a small amount on your navel area after you bath to calm anxiety or fear throughout your day.

Packaging may vary. The total weight of the ash will equal 2 ounces. We anticipate 2 ounces of ash used regularly will last a person one year. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your package.
