Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for making a purchase with the Divine Mother Center. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products or services that you purchase with us.

We will give a refund minus the cost of any credit card transaction fees for registration for a Special Blessing Energy Transmission or Sacred Fire Ceremony Energy Transmission before the energy transmission has been given. There are no refunds after the energy transmission has been given.

The refund request must be received by us at least three days before the date of the ceremony when the blessing will be given. Your refund request needs to have the online invoice number, receipt or proof of registration/purchase.

(Special Blessing Energy Transmissions and Sacred Fire Ceremony Energy Transmissions are tax-deductible donations.)

There are no refunds on power objects or yantras.

Except when required by law, paid subscription fees are non-refundable.

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Divine Assistants International on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the organization. All granted refunds will be minus any credit card processing fees.

A refund for a monthly Sacred Fire Ceremony Subscription, Holy Bath Subscription, or DEVI LOKA subscription needs to be received within 3 days of the charge. Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis.

A refund for an annual DEVI LOKA subscription or annual Ceremony or Abishek subscriptions needs to be received within 3 days of the charge. Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription with a Free Trial for a limited period of time.

You may be required to enter your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If you do enter your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, you will not be charged until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless you canceled your Subscription, you will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription you have selected.

At any time and without notice, we reserve the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer with the exception that no such modification will be made unbeknownst to you that would automatically charge you in less time than the original free trial time frame.

Payments for all Divine Mother Center in-person and online courses, webinars, and events including in DEVI LOKA, the Virtual Ashram and Divine Mother School are non-refundable.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement that you are cancelling. You can inform us of your decision by emailing .
